Subject: Avala’s Awake
Today I’d like to report that Avala has officially woken up. She had such wonders to tell of her mindscape, it was quite amazing indeed. I’ve attached a transcript of her description of the mindscape battle for your reading pleasure, or if you guys are actually smart, to pass off to the Black Circle for their Department of Yajixa and Mindscapes research.
McCarthy, Sylvia – Commander: So, what was it like, Avala? The mindscape battle I mean?
Daughter of Scya, Avala: Well, a woke up in my mindscape. Vran, my brother told me there was something trapped in the prison room, trying to break free… and so I went there. I opened it, and this monster of a person came out and attacked me!
McCarthy, Sylvia – Commander: But what was the battle like?
Daughter of Scya, Avala: Well it was similar to any regular battle I guess, only each of us was trying to pull out the other’s heart. That’s how I killed him, I pulled out his heart, which turned out to be his power source of an Echarikith.
McCarthy, Sylvia – Commander: And what of Yvan now? What happened to him? Echniath claims he died.
Daughter of Scya, Avala: His mindscape is still there, but it is now a part of my mindscape. And all his souls are now my souls, which are now free and no longer slaves. He’s also a soul in my mindscape now too.
Back to the report! So, you see, Avala can free the souls of the dead from the Yajixa! We only need more of her, and then we could save all those people that have been suffering in those mindscapes for so long! Anyway, this report is over!
