WARNING: This is a Command Level Clearance Report. If you are not a Commander or Higher Rank of the Republic of Earth then reading further in this report is a Federal Offence to the Republic of Earth, and you could be charged with a minimum sentence of 300% Yearly Income Fines and up to a maximum sentence to Life in a Prison Colony.
So, hey, RC, I discovered tampering from the data of yesterday’s incident. I believe that it may have been the Black Circle and am requesting permission to launch an anti-corruption investigation into the Black Circles activities.

I can assure you the tampering was sanctioned, Commander. I would kindly ask you to stand down, now, or risk facing court martial for you failure to follow protocol. The Black Circle is only doing their duty to protect the Republic. Should the truthful data from that incident fall into enemy hands, who know what could happen.
